Monday is Ladies Night

Every Monday evening from 5pm -11pm

Ladies, come down to Central Rock with your friends for an evening of climbing and socializing. We are one of the city’s hottest spots to meet new students and professionals. Day pass only $7 for ladies. (Does NOT include rental gear)

Central Rock offers Pilates classes every Monday night at 7:30pm, only $3 with purchase of day pass, and free for members! Walk-ins for yoga are welcome and only cost $10.

Tuesday is Yoga Night

Central Rock offers Yoga classes every Tuesday night at 7:30pm, only $3 with purchase of day pass, and free for members! Walk-ins for yoga are welcome and only cost $10.

Wednesday is High School Night

High school Rocks! $8 for day pass with valid ID or last report card; (Does NOT include rental gear)

Thursday is College Night

Every Thursday evening from 5pm – 11pm

Tired of the regular Worcester scene on a Thursday night? Come down to Central Rock with a valid college student ID, and get a day pass for just $10. Join in for some great climbing, music, and free pizza. Ten free pizzas will be provided to the college students at 8pm. First come, first served. (Does NOT include rental gear)

Friday Family Night

Every Friday night from 5pm – 10 pm. Get your family off the sofa pillows and in for an energetic night of climbing, music, and socializing. Parents climb for $9 and children under 18 climb for $7. This is $5 off the regular day pass rate. Parents can belay for free, we will even lend you the equipment for the night!! Family Night applies to families of 3 or more. (Does NOT include rental gear)

Saturday Yoga

Due to popular demand, we have a second yoga class Saturday mornings at 10:30am. Its free for members and only $3 for day users. Walk-ins welcome for $10.
