Jozie Ewart-Weisman is a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor. Having completed her training in the summer of 2009, she has been journeying deeper into the heart of yoga, and yoga teaching ever since. As a former dancer, Jozie has found a new way to move through space that is full of awareness and compassion. Sharing
yoga with students is something that Jozie is passionate about and loves to do. The teacher in Jozie loves to break down poses, answer questions, explore new ways to do things, and celebrate achievements. The dancer in Jozie loves to
play and have fun. In a yoga class with Jozie you can expect to do all of these things while connecting to your own source in a graceful and light filled experience.
Jozie is also certified in and teaches JourneyDance, Yoga Warriors, and Yoga Ed., an educational yoga tool for students, teachers, and schools. Currently Jozie is a student at The Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. In February of 2012 she will be opening her own massage practice in an effort to further aid her students in
processes of healing and maintaining wellness. For more information or to follow Jozie, please find her on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn, or visit her website www.loveyogalive.com. (P.S. there will be a new website coming soon!)

Jessica Yeh takes great pride and satisfaction in her ability to affect positive change on an individual’s quality of life through breath and movement. As a dancer of 20 years, she’s developed innate body awareness through her extensive training. Extremely well versed in ballet, jazz and modern her true pleasure lies in freestyle/street dance (The “real” hip hop). Her passion for dance eventually led her to study other disciplines such as nutrition, alternative medicine, holistic therapy, Nia, yoga and Pilates. After completing 2 years of classical Pilates studies she was certified under the Power Pilates Method and is proud to be able to combine and expand upon over 8 years of dance teaching experience. Jessica finds great joy in spreading her knowledge of dance and Pilates to all individuals young and old, in shape and out of shape, believers and skeptics.
