Welcome first time visitors! We are located on the left side of Barber avenue after Higgin's Armory Museum directly next to Prime Auto. If you get to Sam's Club you have gone too far, turn around and we will be the first building on the right going back down the road. Parking Parking Options: - Central Rock Gym’s parking lot
- Street parking on left side (odd numbered side) of road only
- Higgins Armory
- Sam's Club.
These are your only parking options. Please be courteous of the other neighboring businesses.
Directions From the Mass Pike (Boston)
Take exit 10A toward US-20/RT-146/Worcester/Providence
Follow signs for 146 N toward Worcester
Merge onto I-290 E via the ramp to Marlboro/Shrewsbury
Take exit 19-20 to merge onto I-190 N toward Holden/Fitchburg/RT-12
Take exit 1 to merge onto Gold Star Blvd/RT-12 N toward W Boylston St
After the Greendale Mall on your right, stay to your right, go over a small bridge and take the next right(your first right) onto Barber Ave.
Gym located on the left hand side. 299 Barber Ave.
From the Mass Pike Springfield
Take 90E toward Boston
Take exit 10 to merge onto I-290 E toward Worcester
Take exit 19-20 to merge onto I-190 N toward Holden/Fitchburg/RT-12
Take exit 1 to merge onto Gold Star Blvd/RT-12 N toward W Boylston St
After the Greendale Mall on your right, stay to your right, go over a small bridge and take the next right onto Barber Ave.

Take exit 25B to merge onto 290 W toward Worcester
Take exit 19 to merge onto I-190 N toward Fitchburg/RT-12
Take exit 1 to merge onto Gold Star Blvd/RT-12 N toward W Boylston St

From 190 N
Merge onto 190 S toward Worcester
Take exit 1 to merge onto W Boylston St./ MA-12 toward Gold Star Blvd.
Merge onto left side of road and take left ramp to onto MA-12 Gold Star Blvd.(loop around onto other side of road)
Take right after bridge after Greendale mall onto Barber Ave.
The gym is on your left.
