Central Rock will be offering Yoga classes Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:00pm.

Members: Free!!
Day pass users: $3
Yoga only: $10

This will be an hour long vinyasa class designed to connect your body and breath.  This flowing practice is geared to counter pose some of the typical movements used in climbing.  Yoga can be a great complement to a cross training regimen and increase your fitness and overall well-being.

NOTE: All participants must supply their own yoga mats.

Aerial Silks Yoga

We will be offering Aerial Silks Yoga 8-10am every 2nd Sunday of the month through May, or until we work out a schedule based on class interest. Check the events calendar for more details.

Cost:
Members: $15
Non-Members: $20

This will be a 2 hour long class designed to incorporate the use of silks with yoga to increase strength and flexibility. Basic aerial poses are fused with yoga in a fun sequence that will be both challenging and invigorating. This class is designed with the beginner in mind. No aerial fabric experience needed.

There are only 23 spots available for each class. Sign up in advance to secure your spot!
